Pennington is a tranquil little South Coast village only fifteen kilometers to the south of Scottburgh. Pennington was originally a farm owned by the Pennington family and is set in a most attractive forested region along the KZN South Coast.

On the entertainment side of the Pennington festival, there will be a wide variety of competitions which will include children's poster making, photography, sand sculpture competitions and even a mountain bike race.
