The Unit is a 3 bedroomed (all with double beds)......sleeps 6 plus a kitchenette, fully equipped, as well as a bathroom/toilet (on suite) & another separate shower/toilet as well as a lounge/dining area opening onto a verandah with a big entertainment table & chairs, overlooking a little river running through the property with a walk-over bridge (approx 20 steps to the private beach gate attached to the Property & you are on the beach).
The lounge has full DSTV package & you have a lock up garage (with washing machine & tumble dryer in the garage for your convenience), as well as one Visitors Parking should you have two cars. There is also a communial pool on the Property (as per pics) for your use.
It is in close walking distance to the Shelly Centre with a remote operated entrance gate as well as security fencing enclosing the property.
