Sea-For-Africa

Sea-for-Africa is a spacious 4-bedroom house with unlimited views of the Indian ocean, surrounded by the never-ending lulling sound of the ocean and the fresh ocean breeze on your doorstep.

It is situated on the charming and secure Prince's Grant Coastal Golf Estate, 30 minutes’ drive north of Ballito, on the Dolphin Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Sea-for-Africa is the ideal place to stay, whether you are looking for a golfing holiday, beach holiday, spending time with the kids, or just wanting to re-charge your batteries in a relaxed atmosphere.

Accommodation Layout

The open plan lounge-dining-room-kitchen area with its unspoilt 180 degree view of the ocean gives the house its name: "Sea-for-Africa". A large sliding door opens up to the upper deck from where dolphins and whales are often seen and the refreshing ocean breeze surrounds you.

Downstairs is a spacious DSTV-enabled entertainment area with a pool table and 3 sleeper couches. The room has a large sliding door which opens up to the lower deck. Whilst this level still provides a 180 degree view of the sea, you are now closer to the beautiful natural lush vegetation of the KZN North coast.

There are 4 en-suite bedrooms, three of which offer stunning views of the ocean. Two bedrooms are inside the main house, one on each of the levels already mentioned. Both of these bedrooms have sliding doors opening onto the communal decks overlooking the ocean. The third bedroom is facing the private inner courtyard and braai area of the house and is located on a mezzanine-level between the street level front door and the main house. The fourth bedroom is situated above the garage and is accessed via a staircase from outside the street level front door. Once again, this bedroom and its small balcony offer magnificent views of the ocean and some privacy from the occupants in the main house.

There are two closed parking garages.

Kitchen, laundry and cleaning facilities

The accommodation is provided on a self-catering basis, and the kitchen, with its stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer provides the ideal environment for large-scale cooking.

A washing machine and a tumble dryer is provided in the kitchen should you need to do any laundry. Laundry lines are available just outside the kitchen.

There is an optional cleaning service available at additional cost, which will ensure you can relax and make the most of your holiday.
