The Cabana consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, bedrooms 1 and the louge have air conditioners installed, bedroom 2 and 3 has ceiling fans.

From the Cabana you are only 30km from uShaka Marine World, Kings Park, Moses Madiba stadium and Durban Marine Parade
Access to the property is controlled by a security guard and automatic gates with allocated basement parking.

Pets
Small pet will be allowed at number 310 provided that permission is asked upon request. A photo of the pet is required. No large dogs will be allowed. Small breeds that is house trained only. Pet must be on a leash at all times on the common property.

  • Make sure to read and understand our terms and conditions.
  • Keys must be left inside the unit on the day of departure.
  • No more than 8 people inside the unit.
  • Only luggage "Venter" trailers allowed in the trailer bay
  • This establishment has 2 parking spaces only.
  • One in the basement and one secure open parking
  • No extra persons will be allowed
  • No noise disturbance after 22:00
  • No visitors after 22h00
  • No smoking
  • DSTV decoder connection are not allowed, the unit has a fixed connection
  • Cleaning service on request
  • Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate eviction of this property
