Clifton stud offers you a single, privately situated cottage on the banks of
a picturesque two hectare trout dam. The quaint cottage has three bedrooms and
two bathrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. Enjoy the ambience of the
indoor fireplace on a cold winter's night. The cottage is serviced daily.
The cottage offers fully equipped self catering facilities. Should you wish to
eat out, there are a number of restaurants within a 20 minute drive from the
cottage.
The cottage is stocked with the following items:

Fully equipped with Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Crockery, Cutlery, Kitchen utensils, Pots and Pans, Portable braai etc.
Canoes are available at no cost, but at your own risk.
Clifton offers first class trout fishing in either of the two well stocked large dams. Trophy trout of over eight pounds have been caught, mainly due to the large size of the dams and the low numbers of anglers fishing these pristine waters. The rod fee is R80.00 per angler per day. In order to ensure future catches of trophy trout, Clifton encourages barbless, catch and release fly fishing however you may keep two fish per day should you wish to eat your catch.
